Reverse charge protection
|
The intelligent protection unit is set to avoid reverse charge
|

Over-load protection
|
The output will turned off when the load exceeds 120%, and the over-load led is turned on.

Short circuit protection
|
The system will auto shut up when the output load meets short circuit, and the over-load led is turned on.
|
|
Reverse polarity protection
|
The system will be auto-protection when the polarity is set reversely(the input method can ensure right setting)
|

Over-voltage protection
|
When the storage battery voltage is up to 14.4V, charge will be shut up to protect storage battery.
|
|
Low-voltage protection
|
When the voltage of storage battery is lower than 10.5V, the output is auto shut up, and low-voltage led is turned on; when the voltage of storage cell is higher than 12.5V, the system output starts again.

Setup and use step
Open each composition of system; if some one is bad or missing, please contact service provider.
Ensure the switch of faceplate is set to ‘off'.
Solar light-electricity panel bracket should be put at the ample sunlight place; light-electricity panel should be fixed on the bracket in turn and connect lines well (according to connection diagram); adjust the panel direction to enable sunlight irradiate it directly. Then insert the cable plug into ‘solar power input' socket behind the power set, turn it tightly, and now, the charge led is lightened. The charge led will be turned off when the voltage of storage battery is up to the Max limit voltage, and charge will be stopped. The charge circle will auto rework when the battery voltage is up to a certain limit.
Insert the load plug into the ‘AC220V output' or ‘DC12V output' socket of the solar set back faceplate.
Turn on the faceplate switch after setup rightly (the reverse change led is lightened); check if the faceplate AC voltage display rightly and load works well.
If nothing is abnormal, turn off the faceplate switch, then charge the storage battery about 3 days continuously.
After finished all above steps, the machine can work well (also can work when it is charged).
Daily maintenance
Outdoor light-electricity panel should be kept cleaning, wipe regularly, and don't scrape its face by hard object.
Keep the solar control-box away from the high-temperature, fire-source, and keep the control-box dryness.
The machine box top shouldn't be pressed.
Open the front door to check the storage battery regularly; if the cell leak liquid, the surface break, and connection is loose. There are maintenance details in user manual of storage battery.
Caution and Notice
The voltage is AC220V in the AC output jack of back-faceplate, please pay attention carefully, and put it away from children and elder.
Please connect the earth wire with the ‘earth' port of back- faceplate.
When there is no load, please turn off the faceplate switch, so as to save energy.
Check regularly (every 2~3 months) if the bolt of charge cable connection port of light-electricity panel is loose, and the jack of charge cable plug is fastness.
Please charge the battery regularly by light-electricity panel to protect the battery
